Scott and his Destiny Training team have attained remarkable success and a substantial following by leading hundreds of companies and thousands of individuals to grow and fully develop their potential.
In 1999, Scott put his talents to work “in the trenches.” His customized training programs produced tangible results for virtual tour technology Internet start-up company, Bamboo.com.
With his teachings infused throughout the company, Bamboo.com made an impressive climb from six to 1,500 employees in just 14 months. Observers and industry experts were further impressed when a highly successful NASDAQ IPO was listed in just the ninth month. This extremely successful "hands-on" pilot was additional proof that the mindset, skills and material that Scott teaches can expedite one’s personal and professional success.
Scott is captivating from the front of the room and has a unique ability to quickly build trust with his audiences. His events are filled with humor, stories, activities and powerful metaphors, each carefully selected and crafted for the audience. This allows attendees to enjoy the program so much that they don't realize how much they are learning.
While spending time to complete his book, Scott continues to consult with select clients, facilitate private corporate keynotes and training programs as well as public seminars around the world. His most popular public event "Winning BIG with Integrity" is designed for people at any level of personal growth experience and is an “essential ingredient” to achieve profound success in business and more importantly, in life.

Dallyce Brisbin
Spending the majority of her days from age 11 through age 18 in the hospital as a severe asthmatic, and having flat-lined several times before the age of 16, Dallyce knew from an early age that she was destined to take the ‘road less traveled’ in life. And that has made all the difference. While many kids were learning to play baseball, Dallyce was learning how to harness the power of mind-over-matter.
Through extensive study and application in the areas of naturopathy, nutrition, spirituality and metaphysics, Dallyce was able to recover fully and go on to lead an active, normal life, despite the allopathic diagnosis that she would likely not live to see age 21.
A voracious student, she continued her studies in personal development with a strong interest in the mind/body connection and integrative wellness modalities. She now shares her extensive knowledge and first hand experiences with students and private clients to help them fully realize the incredible regenerating cababilities of the human body and how to move beyond merely being 'symptom free' and embrace true health.
Through her studies, she also began to realize how much a person's surroundings can also affect their health, well-being, mental clarity and abundance attracting abilities. Having been 'organizationally challenged' herself, Dallyce was eager to put this theory to the test. Since then, she has witnessed time and again, both for herself and for her clients, the physical, emotional, psychological and spiritual rewards that occur the moment one's surroundings are simplified and organized. One of her favorite topics to teach, Dallyce shares with her audiences how the act of clutter clearing can heal old traumas and revitalize the human spirit.
Prior to Destiny Training Systems, in 1993, Dallyce co-founded an internationally recognized Hospitality Industry Training company based out of Canada called BarSmart, Inc. and has been featured in newspapers, radio and television programs across the country.
In 1999, she became a Strategic Accounts Manager for the virtual tour pioneer Bamboo.com (currently Ipix.com). Bamboo.com grew from a tiny start-up to a 1,500-person market leader in 14 months, completed a highly successful NASDAQ IPO in only 9 months, and finally merged with Internet Pictures Corporation (ipix).
An effective speaker, writer, and personal coach, Dallyce's goal is to give people the benefit of her knowledge and experience, so they, too, can flourish and step into their greatness.
